RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
You may choose to return or exchange items under our returns and exchanges policy. You must notify us in writing within five days of receiving your order and arrange collection within 14 days if the order is made in Lithuania and 22 days if the order is made from other European countries. Please email email@example.com to arrange collection of your order. Please notify in the letter your name, surname, the code of the garment you want to return and the reasons why do you want to return it. Our manager will contact you by email and inform you about other steps. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Kristi Andress and may only be refunded as a store credit or an exchange.
Please note that delivery and returning costs of garments in good quality will not be reimbursed. Goods returning cost by DPD in Lithuania 5 €. Goods returning cost by DPD in Latvia, Estonia, Poland 10 € + 10 € reimbursed delivery cost. Goods returning cost by DPD in Europe EU countries 23 € + 23 € reimbursed delivery cost. Goods returning cost by DPD in Europe non EU countries 44 € + 44 € reimbursed delivery cost. Goods exchange is free.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession so please pack the product(s) safely and securely in the original packing ensuring these Returns Conditions are met. Products must not have been worn, altered or washed. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please place the Product(s) in the original packaging and shipping box together with original receipt. Complete the Returns Form and include this inside the box. Close the box and tape securely.
MONEY REFUNDING CONDITIONS
Upon inspection of the returned goods we will endeavor to process the refund within 15 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Other than a return as set out above, if you return the product(s) for any other reason (for instance if you claim the product(s) is defective or you are otherwise entitled by law to a refund), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of our decision via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
